How I teach
Ground knowledge first, because the cockpit is a terrible classroom. When a question needs a source, we look it up together, so you learn where the answer lives and not only what it is.
I'm transparent about the demands, equipment and requirements of each certificate before you start, including the time and money it takes.
What I can teach
- Private Pilot, Instrument Rating and Commercial Pilot training, through a flight school. For the commercial certificate, the student sources a complex or technically advanced airplane.
- The instrument instructor rating (CFII) for current CFIs.
- Instrument ground school, as an Instrument Ground Instructor.
